Salchipapas

¿Quién no se ha antojado al tener en frente una bandeja de salchipapas? Creo que absolutamente nadie podría resistirse ante uno de los aperitivos más sencillos, pero también, más ricos que puede haber.
Un buen plato de salchipapas nos saca de apuro cuando llega una visita inesperada, cuando queremos ver un partido o una película en la tele, o cuando nos provocamos de acompañar una cervecita bien fría con algo delicioso…¡para eso están las salchipapas!
La clave está en servirlas con unas buenas salsas. La rosada, que a los colombianos NO nos puede faltar nunca, y una salsita de perejil (estilo chimichurri), que va de maravilla con este aperitivo.
¿Que estás regulando las calorías de tu dieta? No hay ningún problema. Una versión ligera de este tradicional plato se logra de manera muy fácil:
– Horneando, -en lugar de freír-, las salchichas y las papas.
– Preparando las salsas con ingredientes “light”.
Así fue como serví el último plato de salchipapas que preparé hace poco cuando una de mis amigas más “fit” apareció de sorpresa en mi casa. Por cierto, ¿no te he contado que últimamente mis amistades corren maratones y viven en el gimnasio todo el día? Bueno, ese será tema aparte en un próximo blog, porque merece mención propia.
Volviendo a nuestra receta, la versión ligera de salchipapas fue un gran éxito con la inesperada comensal. Calmó antojos de lo lindo con este plato y aprovechamos para brindar por muchos más años de amistad.
¿Cómo lo hice? Mientras hablábamos fui preparando la receta. Horno caliente a 425ºF para cocinar las papas.
Al mismo tiempo fui haciendo las salsas. Mayonesa “light” y salsa de tomate baja en calorías, junto a unas gotas de limón, para crear la salsa rosada. Perejil picado, ajo, aceite de oliva, sal y un chorrito de vinagre, para lograr el aderezo de perejil.
Unos minutos antes de que las papas terminaran su cocción, agregué las salchichas a la bandeja para que se doraran en el horno.
Escurrí cualquier residuo de grasa con una toalla de papel absorbente, serví las salchipapas en dos platos, sin olvidar las salsas.
Ya lo sabes, en pocos minutos y sin mucho esfuerzo podrás disfrutar unas ricas salchipapas y acompañarlas con una refrescante cerveza. Hasta tus amistades más “fit” brindarán contigo, sin ningún remordimiento.
- Papas cortadas a la francesa o precocidas
- Salchichas
- 1 taza de perejil picado
- 2 dientes de ajo picados finamente
- ½ taza de aceite de oliva
- ⅓ taza vinagre
- Sal al gusto
- Mayonesa baja en calorías
- Salsa de tomate baja en calorías
- Gotas de jugo de lima
- Calentar el horno a 425℉.
- Hornear las papas cortadas hasta que ablanden.
- Agregar a la misma bandeja las salchichas y retirar del horno cuando estén doradas.
- Preparar la salsa de perejil, licuando levemente el perejil, el ajo, el aceite, el vinagre y sazonando con sal al gusto.
- Preparar la salsa rosada mezclando la mayonesa y la salsa de tomate, y aderezando con un poco de jugo de lima.
- Servir las salchipapas junto a las salsas.
